Who we are
The May family have all grown up on the Mornington Peninsula and being around earthmoving equipment from a young age, it was a natural progression to grow May Excavations into the company that exists today. As a family run and operated business, we know our staff are competent to the highest levels and they respect the equipment and the foundations on which the company was built
Our Training
Each employee undertakes regular compulsory training and hold Civil Contractors Federation accreditation to operate all of our machinery. All have current certifications in Traffic Management and Traffic Control, Working in Confined Spaces, Spotting for Service Assets and First Aid. We also believe a National Police Check and Working with Children Check is a necessity to provide piece of mind to the community amongst which we work.
Our Machines
Our machines and trucks are regularly serviced, checked daily for any issues and professionally risk assessed to provide a safe working environment for our staff, subcontractors, clients and anyone coming into contact with our equipment. We take pride in the work we do but nothing comes before safety.
